The Hanerk Burger Press comes in 2 sizes. The Hanerk Burger Press 5.5 inch Patty Maker has a diameter of 5.5 inches. It is the only 5.33 inch diameter XL stainless spring loaded burger press of this type. All other similar burger presses come in our other standard size 4.33 inch diameter. This new XL size was custom manufactured for our Hanerk customers who were looking for a larger burger press. Both sizes are great and a lot of our customers decide to get both. The 4.33 Hanerk Burger Press makes a 4.33 inch diameter patty in any weight you like without any need for adjustment. You can free hand your portions as desired and each one will be a diameter of 4.33 inches with the thickness that reflects the amount of meat used. For sausage patties, sliders, or kid size burgers I would suggest using the 4.33 inch diameter Hanerk burger press. The Hanerk 4.33 will make a 2-3 oz burger super thin so that extra toppings can be added or double and triple stack burgers.
